Evey Damianopoulou is the founding editor of PAPERSHELL. She has a background in linguistics and classical studies, and a long-standing obsession with the waters of the Underworld.
Evey is the author of our very first chapbook, Wet Bitch of Forgetfulness, a duology written in a single day and named on a dare from her boyfriend. She is currently working on a magical realism novel that tangles history and mythology in a very unhealthy – but authentically Greek – manner. She’s been longlisted for the WriteMentor 2026 Novel Award.
Jack Kerrigan is the fiction editor of PAPERSHELL. He studied English, Music, and Creative Writing at the University of Southampton. When he’s not writing or roaming around Bristol, he makes a lot of noise with an obscene number of guitar pedals. He is the guitarist and frontman of Portrait of, a Bristol-based post-punk band. Jack is the author of Trampoline, PAPERSHELL’s latest chapbook.
